Annual 7-point inspection
A comprehensive evaluation by licensed technicians covering water heating, supply, drainage and fixtures, to catch issues before they interrupt trading.
Priority scheduling, 7am to 7pm
Members get priority appointment times across extended service hours, so work can be scheduled around your operating hours rather than through them.
Reduced emergency fee
After-hours emergency service is $149 for members instead of $199, a $50 saving every time you need us outside normal hours.
10% off non-emergency service
Applies to repairs and plumbing services throughout the year.
One-year labour warranty
All labour performed by our team is backed by a full twelve-month warranty.
Optional backflow certification
For $1,100 a year the plan includes annual backflow testing and certification, keeping you compliant without chasing it.
Plan pricing
$850 per year — annual 7-point plumbing inspection, 10% discount on non-emergency services, priority scheduling, reduced emergency service fee and a one-year labour warranty.
$1,100 per year — everything above, plus annual backflow testing and certification for code compliance. If your property already requires annual backflow testing, this is usually the option that makes arithmetic sense.
