Why a plan

Most of what we get called out to could have been caught earlier

Plumbing failures are rarely sudden. A water heater builds sediment for years before it stops keeping up. A drain narrows gradually before it blocks. A supply line weeps quietly behind a cabinet long before anyone sees a stain. By the time it becomes an emergency, the cost has usually multiplied.

The MVP plan exists to change that timing. A yearly inspection finds the things that are heading toward failure, and the discount and warranty make dealing with them cheaper when you do.

The Saturday access is often the deciding factor on its own. Ordinary Saturday service is by appointment only — MVP members get first call on those slots, which means not taking a weekday off work to wait for a plumber.

Yearly inspection

A preventative inspection and maintenance service that identifies small issues before they become the reason you are calling us at midnight.

10% off any service

Every plumbing service for the whole year, repairs, replacements and installations. One decent-sized repair typically covers the membership.

Saturday appointments

Access to Saturday slots from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so non-emergency work does not have to cost you a day of work.

One-year labour warranty

All labour we perform is covered for twelve months. If something we did needs putting right, it gets put right.

How much is the Homeowner MVP plan?
$350 per year. It includes the annual inspection and maintenance service, 10% off any plumbing service for the year, Saturday appointment availability from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and a one-year warranty on all labour we perform.
Is it worth it if nothing is wrong?
That is rather the point — the plan is designed for when nothing is wrong yet. Whether it pays depends on your property. An older home with cast iron drains or a water heater past eight years is exactly where a yearly inspection earns its keep. A three-year-old house with no history probably needs it less, and we would tell you so.
Does the discount apply to emergencies?
The 10% applies to plumbing services through the year. When you book, mention your membership and we will apply it to the quote before you approve it.
What does the annual inspection cover?
A preventative check of the system to catch developing problems — water heater condition, visible supply and drain lines, fixtures, shutoffs and anything showing early signs of failure. Anything we find is explained with options rather than an automatic quote.
Is there a commercial version?
Yes. The Commercial MVP plan is $850 a year, or $1,100 including annual backflow testing and certification, and adds priority scheduling from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM plus a reduced after-hours emergency fee.
