Jonathan Capestany has spent more than three decades in plumbing. In 2007 he founded United Plumbing & Drain LLC in Tampa, and since then the company has served homeowners and businesses across the Tampa Bay area.

The values he built it on are unglamorous and hard to fake over nineteen years: honesty, reliability and quality workmanship. In practice that means diagnosing before quoting, telling a customer when a repair will do rather than selling a replacement, and standing behind the work afterwards.

Under his leadership the company has grown into a trusted name in residential and commercial plumbing across the region — and, notably, has done it while staying local and keeping the work in house rather than subcontracting it out.

Jonathan takes particular pride in the team he has built: skilled technicians alongside an office staff who actually know the trade, so a customer calling in gets a useful answer rather than a script.
