I was able to schedule the sewer scope inspection in a timely manner scheduled within 2 days, they were able to come to the property, and looked at my general home plumbing on my pre-purchase and also give me quotes.

Answered all my questions.

They had a special going on, so I paid a decent price for it.

They messaged me and kept me updated, I'd HIGHLY recommend them. I got a quote before hand and spoke to a HUMAN BEING NOT AI.

We have used United plumbing for 20 years, we're always satisfied and never had to do any rework. Today, Glen came to replace the kitchen faucet and flush the water heater. He was right on time, did all the required work and clean up, plus inspect the remaining plumbing. Glen was spot on with his job here today. We'll definitely call United Plumbing again when we need to, and I won't wait so long to flush my water heater this time.

London, Glen, Jon and the whole crew absolutely crushed it for me on my property in Riverside Heights, Tampa. I was super nervous and didn’t know what to do when I started having plumbing issues and luckily the crew was able to start trenching the next day and relayed all of my line to the property. Amazing service and amazing people during a tough time! These guys are your true A-Team!!

Why we point people at our reviews

Plumbing is a trade people buy under pressure and without much basis for comparison. Something has failed, it needs fixing today, and the average homeowner has no way to judge whether a quote is reasonable or whether the work being recommended is necessary. That asymmetry is exactly why the industry has the reputation it does.

Reviews are the closest thing to a check on that. Not any single one — anyone can collect a handful of good reviews. But 118 of them, accumulated over years, with the detail people go into, is harder to manufacture and much more revealing. You can see how we handled jobs that went smoothly and how we handled the ones that did not.

We are also BBB accredited with an A+ rating and we hold Florida license CFC1431054, which you are welcome to verify with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
